1. 111-Night Satisfaction Guarantee

  • The Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for 111 nights from the delivery date.
  • It allows for one single exchange to another mattress model.
  • The customer must try their mattress for a minimum of 30 days to allow proper adaptation to the new support. This trial period is mandatory before any exchange request.
  • No refunds are offered; the amount paid becomes an exchange credit.
  • The mattress must be inspected by our team. If the mattress is damaged, stained, or unsanitary, the guarantee is void.
  • Transportation fees apply to any exchange.

2. Deposit and Cancellation

  • A refundable deposit of 10% is required to confirm an order.
  • Custom-made items must be paid in full at the time of order and are final sales.
  • For any cancellation made within 3 weeks prior to the estimated delivery date, a fee of 10% of the total order amount will be deducted from the deposit.

3. Exclusions

The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Custom-made mattresses or non-standard sizes,
  • Clearance, floor models, or items sold “as is,”
  • Adjustable bases, platforms, decorative beds, covers, pillows, and sheets,
  • Exchanges related to a manufacturing defect (covered by legal warranty).

4. Payment and Delivery Conditions

  • The remaining balance of the order must be paid in full 48 hours before delivery.
  • Delivery and installation are offered when applicable.

5. Mattress Warranty

  • 10-year warranty applicable only under the following conditions:
    • Any sagging/deformation of the foam. A sagging foam issue will be confirmed through visual inspection showing a 1-inch indentation.
    • Any defect in the mattress, cracking, or tearing of the viscoelastic foam, independent of normal mattress wear and despite proper use under normal conditions.
    • Any manufacturing defect in the cover, such as seam or zipper failure.
    • Leika reserves the right to repair or replace the mattress.
  • Exclusions
    • Normal loss of viscoelastic foam compression.
    • Changes in comfort preferences or mattress dimensions.
    • Premature sagging caused by inadequate mattress support. Any slatted bed base is considered inadequate support.
    • Failure to respect the mattress weight limits.
    • Abnormal mattress use by the customer (burns, tears, stains, etc.).
    • Transportation fees related to mattress repair or exchange are the customer’s responsibility.

No new warranty will be applied to repaired or exchanged mattresses
