TECHNOLOGY
The Airmersus integrated closed-cell system employs patented one-way valve technology combined with Boyle’s Law principles of pressure displacement and distribution to power its Self-Adjusting Technology (SAT). Boyle’s Law establishes an inverse relationship between gas pressure and volume: as volume increases, pressure decreases, and vice versa (P1V1/T1 = P2V2/T2). Leveraging this principle, the Airmersus SAT cell system continuously modulates air volume and pressure to maintain optimal flotation responsive to each patient’s BMI and positional changes.
